I was ready to rip out my carpet due to stains I could not get out and made worse by trying to spot clean the area. I called Carpet Service Express and thought I would try to have carpets cleaned before I started ripping out. AMAZING is what I said after they finished cleaning 3 rooms. I did ask for stain removal so they did a deep scrub and finished all 3 rooms in an hour. I was excited to go look again at the rooms once they dried to make sure there were no stains. No stains looks like new carpet!

Ive gone to Shane one time about a year ago when my dog was sick and had several (really bad) accidents throughout my apartment, he showed up prepared to get the job done. Even though it was really bad and the smell was even worse he handled it like a professional, he even gave me tips for handling pet accidents in the future, that i still use.
This Saturday morning i woke up to my dog sick again and accidents that i couldnt handle. When i called him and told him the situation, basically my desperate need. Without hesitation he said he will fit me, even though i know he already had a full day. Just so i wouldnt have to live with the accidents until Monday for someone to come out. We decided to get our carpets cleaned because our baby was showing interest in crawling around so we wanted to get the high traffic areas clean and WOW did it get clean. I didnt even realize how dirty it aurally was. , we also plan to move in a few months and will be using this company again upon move out. 10/10 would recommend!

I have used Carpet Service Express for some years now. I utilize this service twice a year to have my carpet clean, I do have a large dog, which is my reason for having the carpet clean twice a year. Each time I use Carpet Service Express, I am very pleased with the service.

Carpet Service Express did an excellent job cleaning the carpet for my entire second floor. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. The two gentlemen that came were super professional and personable. I was given a very thorough explanation of the services I was scheduled to receive and detailed information on the what the results would be. I DEFINITELY will be using them again in the future as you should as well.

I was ready to rip out my carpet due to stains I could not get out and made worse by trying to spot clean the area. I called Carpet Service Express and thought I would try to have carpets cleaned before I started ripping out. AMAZING is what I said after they finished cleaning 3 rooms. I did ask for stain removal so they did a deep scrub and finished all 3 rooms in an hour. I was excited to go look again at the rooms once they dried to make sure there were no stains. No stains looks like new carpet!

Was able to clean my carpets the same day I got an estimate and did an absolutely amazing job...I thought and was told that the carpet would have to be replaced but he worked a miracle and I came away with fresh clean smelling and looking carpet for a great price and I would highly recommend this company to anyone before they decide to replace the carpet

He called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. Upon arriving, he surveyed the areas to be cleaned and provided me with options that provided the best value for my budget. Pet stains that were "unable to be lifted" by the last company were not a problem for Shane. My four legged kids and I are very pleased, and will definitely be calling them again.

Found this company on Groupon and the cleaning was definitely worth it. They were both nice and they definitely helped get my cat's pee smell out of the carpet.

I needed to get a sofa and a love-seat cleaned so looked around for a discount etc. Found Carpet Service Express (and several other companies) offering Groupons for carpets but not upholstery so contacted 5 companies.
Shane at Carpet Service Express was the only one who offered me a reasonable (and negotiable) rate for upholstery cleaning (and I also had 1 room of carpet cleaned too at a great rate).
I set up an appointment and all went well.
Their arrival was a teeny bit later than scheduled but they contacted me and kept me up to date on the situation (and scheduling appointments is not an exact science for any body whatever the industry!).
Shane, Zach and Wayne were all really nice guys and worked diligently and quickly to clean my 2 furniture items and 1 room of carpet. Results were great, everything came out very clean, refreshed and sanitized with no high pressure up-sell sales tactics either.
Glad to support local business. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others too.
